In addition, we offer post-renovation client support assistance for ongoing repairs and maintenance, as well as a pre-purchase consultancy service, designing plans and advising purchasers on the feasibility and costs elements of their renovation aspirations. We recently completed the new luxury members'​ club in Monaco, Club 39, which opened in September 2016. We are currently working on ten luxury projects in Monaco including three penthouses and are looking to expand further with 2 very prestigious jobs starting in the last quarter 2018.
